The research team of the Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology visited our company’s “Green Bioconversion and Separation Technology Pilot Platform”
On April 27, 2025, Weihua Zhu, deputy director of the High-tech Department of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economic and Information Technology, and Weichuan Jing and his party visited Zhejiang Zhulong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhulong Bio”), the joint applicant of the green biotransformation and separation technology pilot platform, for a visit and investigation. Chongbin Gan, deputy secretary of the Party Leadership Group and deputy director of the Municipal Economic and Information Bureau, Yun He, deputy director of the County Economic and Information Bureau, and Li Wang, deputy director, and Jianhua Wu, deputy director of the Research Institute, accompanied the investigation. Professor Xiaolong Chen, the leader of Zhulong Bio, director of the Institute of Fermentation Engineering of Zhejiang University of Technology, and a national-level science and technology innovation leader, accompanied the visit.
The green biotransformation and separation technology pilot platform is centered around the biomedicine-dominant industry of Huzhou Moganshan National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, fully leveraging the experience and advantages of the Zhejiang University of Technology Science and Technology Park in transforming research results, and combining the service advantages of Zhulong Bio’s main biomedicine industry innovation service complex. Through the implementation of the “Laboratory Scale Test
– Pilot Scale Test- Industrialized Production” initiative, it provides diversified, cross-domain pilot services such as concept verification, technology exploration, laboratory research and development, technology maturation, metrology testing, research results transformation, and resource openness and sharing, supporting industrial innovation and development and creating a comprehensive pilot carrier with high technical level and strong service capabilities.
Zhulong Bio is committed to building a domestically leading and internationally advanced synthetic biology technology service pilot verification base to efficiently promote the transformation of scientific research results. Zhulong Bio works closely with the Analysis and Testing Center of Zhejiang University of Technology, relying on the Analysis and Testing Center of Zhejiang University of Technology, Moganshan Research Institute of Zhejiang University of Technology and Zhejiang Yangtze River Delta Biomedicine Industry Technology Research Park, to open high-end scientific research instruments and facilities to enterprises and scientific research institutions.
