Government Leaders’ Inspection & Research || The member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology conducted a special investigation on our company.

On the morning of November 13, 2025, Xurong Huang, Deputy Director of the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology, led a team to our company to conduct a special investigation on the construction and operation of our pilot-scale platform. Jianwei Lu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Huzhou Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, Baoliang Shen, a member of the Party Committee of the Deqing County People’s Government, heads of municipal and county economic and information technology departments, and relevant personnel from the Moganshan Research Institute accompanied the delegation.
 

The research team conducted on-site visits to gain an in-depth understanding of our company’s specific practices and innovative measures in areas such as project industrialization, operation mechanisms, achievement transformation, policy support, and project management.

Director Huang highly praised the achievements our company has made in pilot-scale testing. She pointed out that the pilot-scale testing platform has significant strategic and practical importance in promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and facilitating industrial upgrading. Strengthening the essential support and mechanism innovation in the pilot-scale testing phase will create a replicable and scalable “Zhejiang experience,” providing a model for the construction of pilot-scale testing bases throughout the province and even the whole country.
